In fabric production, winding machines transition yarns from cones to cops, enhancing their strength for the TFO process. Cops, carrying the prepared yarn, proceed to the twisting stage. The winding machine’s size is Spindle-based, ensuring efficient textile production.

- Versatile Boiler Options: Boilers are tailored to different capacities (e.g., 500 Rolls, 1000 Rolls) and come in various types, including Petroleum, Gas, and Electric Boilers. Gas Boilers have gained popularity in today’s market and industries.
- Production Flow: After boiling, the process divides into Warping and Kandi machine operations, ultimately converging at the Looms machine for efficient fabric creation.
The warping process begins as prepared rolls are transferred to the warping machine, where a large beam securely holds the warping jar. With a capacity of at least 1300 roles and a hefty beam weighing 100 kg, the machine completes the warping of the string in 2 to 3 hours, transforming rolls into beams.
